The room at this hotel was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a great location for theater shows and sightseeing. The staff, especially bellman Rajiv, were wonderful and attentive.

Great stay! Loved the spacious room - felt like a luxurious escape from the city hustle. The comfy bed and quiet gave us such a relaxing break. Only downside, some furniture looked a bit outdated. Overall, fantastic deal for the location and experience 😊

As a senior woman, I appreciated the opulence and authentic Italian flair that added a touch of elegance to the general areas, making it a delightful experience for seniors. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of Manhattan made it easily accessible for senior people, allowing for convenient exploration of nearby attractions.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children of the staff to provide a bit more warmth and friendliness in their interactions, creating a more welcoming and hospitable environment for senior guests.

Everything was simply perfect. I have had a fine experience, this fabulous, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. The breakfast was included, I loved it.

Our experience here was relaxing. The employees were efficient and kept it all fairly clean. The buffet breakfast was included and had lots of food. It was central and close to an American museum.

I had a mostly positive experience at The Michelangelo Hotel in NYC. The location was superb, with spacious suites, lovely decor, and friendly porters. The special touches for our anniversary were memorable. However, front desk staff were pushy with upsells, but the bellmen were warm and helpful. Overall, a recommended stay with a few hiccups.

I also made use of the 24-hour room service, which was efficient and prompt. Lastly, the amenities provided in the room where I stayed were top-notch, including an air conditioner and armchair.

Staff is happy to arrange taxis and provide directions. Although the hotel is dated, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the bed is comfy. In-house facilities include a nice bar with friendly staff, and a front door staff that is attentive.

While the hotel location is great, the lobby decor leaves much to be desired. It looks and feels outdated, leading to a less than ideal first impression.

We were able to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants easily, even though it was very cold outside. the hotel had a true European vibe, which we enjoyed. the staff were friendly and the concierge was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and giving directions.

The noise from outside could be a problem, especially at night with the busy street and taxi horns. the room we stayed in was a bit dated, with some worn furniture and a musky smell in the bathroom.

I keep coming back for the amazing service and comfortable amenities. On my first stay, the staff kindly provided me with a bottle of water at night. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, indoor swimming pool, and a business center. I'm excited to return for holiday.
